Tesorini is an authorized dealer for Rolex, Breitling, Panerai, Roger Dubuis, and Chopard watches.

Do I need to make an appointment?
No, you do not need to make an appointment to visit the store. If you would like to set up an appointment with one of our Sales Professionals, please call us at 702.693.7924, or send an email to infotesorini@bellagioresort.com..

My watch is not working, are you able to service/repair watches?
We can assist with sending your watch for service/repair to the manufacturer's repair center for all watch brands that we carry. This includes regular maintenance servicing or Under Warranty repair.

How long is the Rolex warranty period?
The Rolex warranty period lasts for five (5) years from the date of purchase and covers any manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, loss, misuse, abuse, or neglect. The warranty is void if there is any intervention by a third party, or if the watch is modified by the addition or substitution of parts or accessories.

Can I buy my first Rolex watch over the phone?
We do not sell Rolex watches over the phone. We invite all first-time buyers to come to the store to purchase a watch in-person and receive the full Tesorini shopping experience.

Can you ship a watch to an out-of-state address?
Yes, we are able to ship a watch out-of-state per customer request.

Can I use M life Rewards points at Tesorini?
We do not accept M life Rewards points at Tesorini. However, you may use the M life Rewards Mastercard to earn points.

Can I order Rolex sports watches?
All Rolex professional watches are currently in high demand, so our inventory is limited. However, we are fully committed to Rolex, and when the watch is available, your Sales Professional will let you know by phone or email.
